Parts Warranty, Returns and Damages
Parts Warranty:
All parts supplied by Part4U come with a 90 day warranty from invoice date (Unless a longer warranty period is provided by the supplier).
All electronic parts must be fitted by a qualified service technician holding a EASQ, EST or higher. All electronic parts cannot be returned as faulty unless evidence is provided that the part has been fitted by a qualified person.

Once claim is accepted, we will organise the part to be returned to us
Part Returns:
Please select carefully as we do not have to provide you a return/refund if you have changed your mind. We are happy to exchange to another item of your choice.
Please be aware that in some cases, restocking fees, administration fees and freight charges may apply. Please note that if you have paid shipping on a unit, this cost is non-refundable.
All return part requests are to be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. All parts need to be returned unused, in the original packaging in a resaleable condition. All parts returned are at the owners expense. Part4U will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit.

Cancelling Orders:
If you would like to cancel an online order, please call us on 0800PART4U as soon as you can with your order number.
Online orders unfortunately can’t be changed/edited, but if you contact us before it is dispatched we might be able to still cancel the order.
If you missed us and it has been dispatched, we ask that you please follow the parts returns process when your order arrives. Please note that your delivery fee may not be refunded.
Back order/Part delays:
When you place your order, we work extremely hard to make sure it is ordered within 24 hours of the order being made. We will be sure to contact you if the items happen to be on back order or out of stock. A full refund will be provided if for some reason we are not able to get you the part in a fair and reasonable timeframe.
Transit Damage:
As of 12th April 2023, All orders sent with a courier will now require a signature upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all goods to ensure they are not damaged BEFORE signing for the goods. Once signed, all liability is on the customer to then liase with the freight company to claim damages or reimbursement.
